We constantly strive to present not only something new to our audience, but also something of a high standard. We start from the smallest details like the bread itself, which is baked freshly every morning. As in life, so too in the kitchen, nothing is good without a good sauce (old Dalmatian proverb)! Our restaurant got its name following this philosophy, so you can find various dishes on the menu and appetizers with excellent sauces. A combination of modern cuisine and processing food on a live fire, which gives an inimitable taste and stamp of tradition, Šug leaves an indelible mark on every plate.
